MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare invoices for payment including entering into accounting software, current systems used are DocLinks, Great Plains and ReqLogic.
  • Opens all incoming mail and distributes to correct personnel.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, ensuring that duplicate invoices are not processed.
  • Matches invoices with PO’s and Receivers, and distributes to correct approvers.
  • Obtain proper authorization of invoice prior to payment.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all invoices processed.
  • Respond to queries from vendors on status of invoice payment.
  • Research payment activity for older, disputed items.
  • Obtains proper documentation to maintain the Vendor Master file.
  • Help to verify the 1099 totals for all qualified vendors.
  • Assists auditors for any inquiries related to accounts payable questions.
  • Processes checks for all AP items upon due dates.
  • Creates uploads for the positive pay system into the AP bank account.
  • Processes Voids on an as needed basis.
  • Maintains the archiving and filing of prior years’ records.
  • Process Purchase Orders, including coding to correct department and expense lines as they are requested.
  • Maintain Purchase Order log
  • Communicate the Approved Purchase Order Number to the requestor once it has gone through the approval process.
  • Prepare all checks once they have been processed and signed for mail delivery.
  • Purchasing Cards reviews on a monthly basis, verifying that all documents have been included in the folder
  • Maintain files for Purchasing Cards by month of all users

 

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access a must.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and changing environment and support a rapidly growing start-up company
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for day to day management of www.altitude.tv: design, content, images, function, keeping current, tracking, contests etc.
  • Manage numerous web projects working various departments including (but not limited to) sales, marketing, production, human resources and web development. Requires coordinating with each individual dept. for their web related needs.
  • Responsible for coordinating the content, design and management of multiple web projects simultaneously including schedules, press releases, text, images, etc.
  • Organize and implement website-related promotions/contests.
  • Complete traffic reports and promotion recaps for website ads and promotions.
  • Edit and post talent contributions (blogs and other social media aspects).
  • Research and recommend web-related technologies for company needs.
  • Direct any content efforts related to the website including social media campaigns.
  • Respond to or distribute all general network feedback via the website
  • Research web-based advertising/ revenue options and present information to Altitude staff as needed.
  • Monitor network domains and ensure timely renewal.

  • Utilize best practices to develop, design, and implement information architecture, graphical design, and core website functionality using various technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Javascript, XML, and Umbraco CMS.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Production and other departments to provide and help develop a roadmap for the website and other KSE assets.
  • Provide documentation to help cross train individuals in editing information in the website Umbraco CMS system and Brightcove CMS System.
  • Designs and executes print and online materials, including landing pages, web banners and graphics for sales presentations
  • Researches and recommends strategy and tools to enhance company’s websites and digital marketing efforts.
  • Must be able to upload on various social mediums such YouTube and be familiar with transcoding and optimization processes.
  • Familiar with FCC Laws pertaining to Closed Captioning and video content on the web
  • Create website graphics and print graphics using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop for various projects
  • Ability to communicate and train staff on how to use Adobe PhotoShop CS5
  • Assists with various marketing projects as needed

Web Analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Measure, collect, analyze and report web data to assist in optimizing website usability, track effectiveness of marketing for various other initiatives.
  • Provide Google Analytics reports for Account Executives and adjust promotions and advertising campaigns according to the data to help maximize impressions and improve CTR
  • Knowledge of Google DoubleClick to incorporate and track advertising and promotional campaigns for video and static banner ads
  • Improve and update individual landing page SEO based on seasonal events such as playoffs
  • Investigates and executes ways to improve our web presence through search engine optimization.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and basic understanding of JavaScript preferred
  • College degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

  • A solid understanding of broadcast production techniques related to audio, video signal and related meta-data measurement, manipulation, playout and monitoring.
  • Responsibility for manipulation of daily channel logs, adherence to programming protocols and reporting of playout and shift activities, errors and discrepancies.
  • Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting techniques related to channel playout systems and procedures in order to rapidly and efficiently predict, avoid and correct problems.

POSITION: ASSOCIATE MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER 
REPORTS TO:  CREATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR

GENERAL PURPOSE

Develop award-winning broadcast design elements for Creative Services, Production, Advertising Sales, Affiliate Sales and Marketing.  This includes concept development, graphic design, animation and production.  The elements should fit seamlessly into the overall look and attitude of the network.  Strong creativity, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task are a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Creative Director and Creative Services Director to develop cohesive look for all on-air elements
  • Design and create elements used in all areas of Creative Services Department including game elements, commercial and sponsorship, on-air promotions, public service announcements, community relations pieces
  • Develop the look, feel, and design for motion projects under the guidance of the Creative Director and Creative Services Director
  • Create samples and make recommendations on new looks for elements
  • Composition of multiple elements as requested 
  • Produce elements as requested
  • Understand brand and marketing objectives, contributing to the evolution and success of the overall business
  • Keep informed on new technology
  • Develop layouts and storyboards
  • Other projects or duties as requested to assist in Creative Services Department

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

  • Excellent design skills
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Cloud software including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier.  Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D a must.  Proficient in Final Cut preferred.
  • Ability to generate multiple compositions for both in and out-of-house clients
  • Must be able to install hardware, software programs, and have the knowledge to troubleshoot computer issues
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports is preferred
  • Flexibility of schedule/days and hours is essential

Education or Formal Training:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design is preferred  or similar work experience

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Graphics Design and/or Production or equivalent combination of education and experience

Material and Equipment Used:

  • General office equipment including copier, fax, phone, computer/keyboard, etc.
  • Adobe Production Suite including Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere

Working Environment/Physical Activities:

  • Stand up to 1/3 of time
