MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred
  • Excellent design skills
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Cloud software including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier.  Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D a must.  Proficient in Final Cut preferred.
  • Ability to generate multiple compositions for both in and out-of-house clients
  • Must be able to install hardware, software programs, and have the knowledge to troubleshoot computer issues
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports is preferred
  • Flexibility of schedule/days and hours is essential

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Functional knowledge and experience in broadcast production and network operational workflows. Knowledge of how other departmental activities integrate with, rely on and or support master control operations.
  • Operational knowledge of broadcast production equipment and technologies related to master control operations and network channel origination including but not limited to: production switchers and routers, VTRs, server based ingest/recording/playback devices and related software applications, channel automation software, network branding devices and associated keyer control systems, intercoms, etc…
  • A solid understanding of broadcast production techniques related to audio, video signal and related meta-data measurement, manipulation, playout and monitoring.
  • Responsibility for manipulation of daily channel logs, adherence to programming protocols and reporting of playout and shift activities, errors and discrepancies.
  • Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting techniques related to channel playout systems and procedures in order to rapidly and efficiently predict, avoid and correct problems.
  • Effective communication skills with all departments, staff and clients in order to communicate potential, real and or related issues, concerns or problems with content or network delivery. 
  • Strong personal organization, prioritization, time management and planning skills are required.
  • Participation in training programs for technical development related to equipment, software, workflow changes and or company policies and procedures.  

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two to four years of previous master control experience
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software programs; Word and Excel preferred

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with Network Channel Managers, Engineering, Traffic, Promotions, Production and other departments as required to facilitate on-air prep, media processing, procedural accuracy and playout to achieve on-air availability of 99.999.
  • Ensure operational procedures are adhered to, across all channels.
  • Constantly monitor accuracy of procedures, recommending changes as needed.
  • Create a procedural training schedule, tracking attendance and progress. 
  • Liaise with Network Channel Managers and Media Coordinators as required to facilitate timely content reception, management and playout.
  • Address technical and operational compliance as related to Network Client’s stated Technical Specifications, Style Guides and/or Programming Agreements.
  • Confer with Engineering on a regular basis, reporting any technical anomalies or equipment issues.

  • Manage media purge and archive schedules.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audits and enters staff payroll information into ADP system according to each company’s payroll schedule.
  • Performs all general ledger entries for assigned payrolls after each payroll.
  • Calculates the taxable portion of per diem payments for staff members traveling with teams during the season.
  • Loads payroll into ADP after auditing has been completed.
  • Provides prompt, courteous service to employees for inquiries regarding paychecks and other payroll related questions.
  • Prepares 401K audit reports after every payroll.
  • Sorts and distributes paychecks each pay date.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thorough knowledge of payroll functions and processes, including multi-state applications.
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll system and Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Ability to focus on detail, ensure thoroughness and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College level accounting coursework preferred.

  • Provide technical support, repair & routine maintenance of all audio and video equipment in the control room, production facility & radio studio at both venues.
  • Maintain in-house broadcast camera & AV cable systems to ensure connectivity and reliable transmissions at Pepsi Center & DSGP.
  • Act as EIC & liaison between, local, regional & national broadcasters and the arena to facilitate event coverage.
  • Facilitate studio and location production including audio, video and lighting set up.
  • Provide video support to Pepsi Center AV Engineering Dept.
  • Keep accurate inventory of equipment, tools & supplies for the Broadcast Dept.
  • Evaluate & recommend equipment purchases for Pepsi Center & DSGP
  • Oversee set up, video production & transmissions of live press conferences and live 2-way broadcasts.
  • Manager of Pepsi Center studio – upkeep check in/out process of ENG equipment.
  • Supervisory skills preferred.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Demonstrates knowledge & skill with programming and maintenance of electronic systems including, Grass Valley – Karrera production switcher, LDX Elite production cameras, Trinix Router, Dyno Replay, K2 production SAN, Chyron Duet, Crossfire Click Effects, Adobe Creative, Final Cut Pro.
